How it works

Six stages, in this order.

Nothing here is a setting you have to learn. You start a project and watch it move through these.

Ingest

You hand Trady one long video. It reads the file, checks the audio and works out how long it has to watch.

Transcribe

Every word gets its own timestamp. That timing is what later makes a caption land on the word rather than near it.

Find the moments

Trady reads the whole transcript, scores each candidate and tags what kind of moment it is. Nothing shorter than 60 seconds survives, because a shorter clip cannot carry an idea.

Reframe to vertical

The frame is recut to a vertical 9:16 crop, so the clip fills a phone screen instead of sitting in a letterboxed strip.

Caption

The word timings from earlier drive the captions, so each word appears as it is said.

Render

Each moment comes out as a finished vertical file you can post, and the clip list stays in the project.
